ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sam Maimone - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- Our office is located in In the Publix shopping center on Beach and Kernan Blvd..
- Our office is open 9am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9am to 1Pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
